HERBAL SINGL SAUNA – from Vlachovice
By combining traditional Finnish sauna practices with aromatherapy, we created a modern aroma sauna.
The herbal sauna is a soothing retreat for both body and mind. You will leave feeling relaxed, with your airways cleared and your skin firm and taut. The bio-herbs used come from the Fryzelka family farm in Vlachovice, located in the Podhoří region of the White Carpathians, known for its rich flowering meadows. The Fryzelka family grows the herbs themselves.
The medicinal effects of the aroma sauna are comparable to the traditional Finnish sauna, and with the use of aromatic essences, the relaxing effects are enhanced.
The temperature in the aroma sauna is around 80°C, and the humidity is around 25%.

FINNISH SAUNA
This sauna uses dry, hot air with temperatures ranging from 85°C to 95°C.
Regular sauna use helps strengthen immunity, promote endurance, and provides overall regeneration and relaxation.
It is ideal for preventing cold-related illnesses, respiratory diseases, mild rheumatic conditions, circulatory issues, migraines, and menopausal symptoms.
We recommend resting on lounge chairs for 20-30 minutes after sauna use..

STEAM SAUNA
If high temperatures in a Finnish sauna aren’t ideal for you, come relax in the steam. The temperature in the steam sauna typically stays between 40 and 50°C, while the humidity often reaches 100%.
The steam treatment has significant preventive effects as a spa therapy. Regular visits to the steam sauna increase the body’s resilience and resistance to common upper respiratory infections, stimulate and improve both nervous and hormonal functions, and help the body eliminate harmful metabolic byproducts.
Therapeutically, the steam sauna is especially effective for chronic colds, inflammation of the nasopharynx and vocal cords, as well as for rheumatic conditions and various musculoskeletal problems.

INFRARED SAUNA
No steam, no extreme temperatures, no excessive strain on the body – just pure relaxation. Infrared rays penetrate deep into the tissues, bringing a feeling of calm to the body.
The infrared sauna is a modern system in thermotherapy that replaces traditional sauna treatments and uses infrared radiation to warm the body to a depth of up to 4 cm.

Health Restrictions
Entry to beer baths is subject to certain health considerations. While participation is not strictly limited, we recommend that guests with heart conditions and pregnant women postpone their visit to a more suitable time – in the interest of their health and safety.
Children are permitted only under the supervision of an adult.
On weekends, the wellness area is accessible to children aged 10 and above.
