Our Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation refers to the cancellation, postponement, or modification of a confirmed booking.
- The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the person with whom the booking conditions were agreed, or if unavailable, to the director of the establishment.
- If the client cancels a booked and confirmed service, they are required to pay cancellation fees according to the pricing conditions of the respective reservation. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the price of the cancelled services, including VAT, as follows:
- For individual bookings:
- Up to 14 days before the expected arrival: Free of charge
- 13-7 days before the expected arrival: 50% of the stay
- 6-0 days before the expected arrival: 100% of the stay
- For group bookings (4 or more rooms):
- Cancellation fees of 25% of the total price of the booked accommodation and services apply if the cancellation occurs between 20 and 14 days before the group’s arrival date.
- Cancellation fees of 50% of the total price apply if the cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 days before the group’s arrival date.
- Cancellation fees of 100% of the total price apply if the cancellation occurs 6 days or less before the group’s arrival date, or in the case of a no-show.
- For individual bookings:
- The room price, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, refers to the accommodation price and buffet breakfast, taxes, and VAT at the statutory rate.
- The cancellation fee will be invoiced to the client with a 10-day payment term. If the cancellation fee is not paid on time, the client must also pay a late payment interest of 0.5% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay, starting from the first day following the due date until the fee is paid.
